West Grove is a 500,000-square-foot mixed-use district located at the southeast corner of US Highway 380 and Custer Road in McKinney. The development brings together retail, dining, office, residential, and entertainment uses within a walkable, park-oriented environment designed to serve the surrounding community. ​The architecture draws from an agrarian-modern interpretation of the Texas vernacular, blending familiar rural forms with a contemporary material palette. Warm masonry, metal roofing, and shaded arcades create comfortable pedestrian spaces that respond to the North Texas climate. ​At the center of the district, a vibrant park and lawn provide space for dining, gathering, and community events. Anchored by Whole Foods Market, West Grove is envisioned as a contemporary town center where architecture, landscape, and public life come together.
