The Station at Sachse

The Station introduces a vibrant mixed-use destination to Sachse, thoughtfully planned to create a cohesive and engaging environment for residents and visitors. Located along the President George Bush Turnpike at Merritt Road, the development by PMB Investments is a multi-phase project that blends residential and commercial uses, including single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, office space, retail, restaurants, and entertainment. Phase One encompasses approximately 89 acres and features retail buildings positioned close to Bunker Hill Drive to support an active, pedestrian-friendly streetscape. A shared patio space between the buildings, accessible from both the street and the parking areas, creates a central gathering place and reinforces a memorable sense of place. Architectural roof forms inspired by the project’s branding establish a distinctive visual identity, with complementary colors and design elements repeated throughout the development in signage and other features to create a unified and recognizable destination.
