THE CENTRAL
Dallas, TX

The Pavilions at The Central anchor the heart of a 27-acre mixed-use destination envisioned by De La Vega Development. Set within a lush park, four jewel-box restaurant pavilions create a wellness-focused retreat within an energetic urban setting, designed for those who live, work, and gather at The Central. Each pavilion is carefully positioned to maximize sunlight and incorporate passive cooling strategies, enhancing year-round comfort while responding to the surrounding landscape. Their sculpted forms rise organically from the park, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature. Natural materials such as masonry and wood introduce warmth and texture, while integrated seating and layered plantings enrich the pedestrian experience. Together, the pavilions and park create a vibrant setting that encourages connection, exploration, and relaxation.
