The Pavilions at The Central anchor the heart of a 27-acre mixed-use destination envisioned by De La Vega Development. Set within a lush park, four jewel-box restaurant pavilions create a wellness-focused retreat within an energetic urban setting, designed for those who live, work, and gather at The Central. ​Each pavilion is carefully positioned to maximize sunlight and incorporate passive cooling strategies, enhancing year-round comfort while responding to the surrounding landscape. Their sculpted forms rise organically from the park, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature. ​Natural materials such as masonry and wood introduce warmth and texture, while integrated seating and layered plantings enrich the pedestrian experience. Together, the pavilions and park create a vibrant setting that encourages connection, exploration, and relaxation.
