THE FOUNDRY
Fort Worth, TX

Just a few miles from Downtown Fort Worth and the Cultural District, a neglected cluster of warehouses offered the opportunity for reinvention. Spanning six acres, the site was reimagined as the Foundry District—a vibrant hub celebrating small businesses, craftsmanship, and creative enterprise. Nearly a decade after its transformation, the district was acquired by Asana Partners from M2G Ventures to expand its North Texas presence. What began as a collection of industrial buildings once slated for demolition has continued to evolve through thoughtful adaptive reuse, preserving character while cultivating a dynamic community destination. Today, the Foundry District comprises twelve repurposed mid-century industrial buildings housing creative offices, retail, showrooms, gathering spaces, and dining. Its success is anchored by Inspiration Alley—recognized by Forbes as one of the top outdoor art experiences in the United States—which features more than 70 works of public art and connects the district through a vibrant blend of artistic expression and everyday use.
