The Union
Queen Creek, AZ

The Union is a 20-acre mixed-use destination in Queen Creek, Arizona, envisioned as a modern desert village where community, commerce, and comfort intersect.  At the center of the development, the "Retail Village" connects 450 multifamily residences with a curated mix of shops, restaurants, and gathering spaces. The northern parcel is anchored by a Whole Foods Market alongside boutique retail and dining, while additional mixed-use buildings frame a central plaza. ​Four buildings surround a half-acre green that serves as the social heart of the project. Shaded patios, tree-lined walkways, and an active promenade encourage movement and connection throughout the site. ​Inspired by the nearby San Tan Mountains, the architecture features brick masonry and burnished block in warm desert tones, creating a cohesive environment that reflects the character, landscape, and lifestyle of Queen Creek.
