Village on the Parkway

​At the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Belt Line Road, this ground-up, three-story mixed-use building introduces a contemporary architectural presence within one of North Dallas’ most established retail destinations. Originally opened in 1981, Village on the Parkway has long served as a hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment, anchored by Whole Foods Market and AMC Theatre. The building’s compact footprint responds to its triangular site, stacking two levels of office space above vibrant ground-floor retail and restaurant uses. A sleek glass façade provides expansive views while thin masonry pilasters at the base maximize storefront glazing, creating highly visible tenant spaces. The efficient building form also preserves a grove of mature live oak trees, forming a pocket park that invites patio dining, gathering, and play within the heart of the shopping center.
