The project has been developed as a vibrant mixed-use destination centered on retail and restaurant placemaking, creating an active, walkable environment that serves residents, employees, and visitors throughout the day and evening. Located near Dallas Love Field, the development benefits from strong regional connectivity and proximity to one of Dallas’s most active employment corridors.

The project includes approximately 31,000 square feet of curated retail and dining space, featuring 2,349 square feet of available inline space and 3,467 square feet with an approximately 2,455-square-foot patio, offering opportunities for restaurant concepts that activate the streetscape and outdoor gathering areas. These spaces complement an established mix of neighborhood-serving tenants including Chase Bank, Citra Urgent Care, Starbucks, Chipotle, Texadelphia, Sweet Rice Thai, and Flamingo Liquor, establishing a lively retail corridor and neighborhood gathering place within the district.

The retail environment is supported by a strong built-in customer base that includes approximately 1,200 luxury apartment residences, a 232-room dual-branded hotel by Aloft Hotels and Element Hotels, and roughly 600,000 square feet of life science development, generating consistent daily activity. The surrounding area includes more than 500,000 employees within a ten-minute drive and over 100,000 residents within a three-mile radius, with continued residential growth and significant institutional investment in the nearby Southwestern Medical District further strengthening the project’s role as a destination for dining, retail, and social activity.
